FULL-COLOUR LABELS
Full-colour labels in rolls in larger batches for application lines are produced on flexographic printing machines, which provide a wide range of options:
- any shape
- varnishing surface finish – matt, glossy varnish – also partial
- lamination surface finish
- embossing (metallic colour)
- embossing
- reverse side printing
- printing into the adhesive
- adhesive neutralisation
FULL-COLOUR ETHICS in a roll in smaller series – also for machine application – produced on a digital printing press.
We have a digital printer for full-colour printing of self-adhesive and non-adhesive materials on sheets. These are labels that do not need to be supplied in a roll, mostly due to their manual application or small number.
LABELS WITHOUT PRINTING are usually intended for further reprinting of variable data on the shop floor. For optimum label quality and durability, it is important to select the correct material and adhesive depending on the purpose and environment in which the label will later be used. We supply labels ranging from basic materials in matt, semi-gloss, and gloss through thermal materials to special films resistant to moisture, grease, and aggressive environments.
If a roll of self-adhesive material cannot be used in the printer, we can produce and deliver labels folded, separated by perforations. For demanding applications, die-cutting into the carrier material (silicone) is possible.
THE MOST COMMON TYPES OF LABELS SUPPLIED WITHOUT COATING:
- logistic labels
- Thermo labels with longitudinal and transverse perforation
- sandwich labels
- labels with complex die-cutting
